A typology of models of judicial communication in civil proceedings has been developed according to the criterion of interaction of the subjects of the dispute in procedural legal relations (there are five types in total). 从话语伦理学和理想交流共同体(K.-About Apel、Y. Habermas、A.V. Nazarchuk)、后非经典法律理解和交流法理论(A.V. Polyakov、E.V.
