Conducting psychodiagnostics of athletes of childhood and adolescence in order to formulate psychological and pedagogical recommendations, planning and more effective implementation of a system of influence on the athlete. Results. Recommendations are formulated, including the formation of positive thinking, the formation of motivation, training in relaxation techniques, training in mental self-regulation (auto-training), regulation from outside (recommendations for a coach, parents). Conclusion. In modern sports, the psychological stress is very high.
