The sampling technique used is the saturated sampling technique. The research sample is 45 employees. The data analysis used was descriptive analysis, quantitative analysis, simple regression analysis, hypothesis testing (t), and the coefficient of determination using SPSS version 25. The results showed that the work environment (X) had a significant positive effect on employee performance (Y). In the test results of the coefficient of determination (R2) a value of 0.847 is obtained.
