The correlational descriptive methodology was used for the purposes of the studyز. The sample consisted of (400) teachers from schools in the city of Riyadh, responded to the study tool consisting of (69) item distributed into five domains The results of the study showed that the degree of practice of leading distance learning processes in schools in Riyadh and its relationship to achieving education goals from the teachers' view was moderate.
