摘要

本研究旨在确定 "绿线 "内阿拉伯私立学校全面质量标准的应用程度及其与教师教学绩效有效性之间的关系。研究采用问卷调查的相关描述性方法。样本包括(281 名)教师。结果表明,阿拉伯私立学校的全面质量标准程度和教师的教学绩效效果处于中等水平。在统计上,绿线内阿拉伯私立学校的总体质量标准与教师的教学绩效有效性之间存在明显的正相关。研究建议阿拉伯特殊教育学校有必要制定全面质量标准,重点是为其在学校的有效应用提供要求。
