The results showed that the degree of effectiveness of e-learning management in Palestinian universities was medium, and that the level of job satisfaction among faculty members was of a medium degree, and the existence of a positive correlation between the degree of effectiveness of e-learning management and the level of job satisfaction among faculty members in Palestinian universities. 摘要
