To achieve the purposes of the study, a purposeful sample of (60) basic eight grade students were selected and distributed randomly on the study groups: the experimental group and the control group (30, 30( respectively. The experimental group was taught using the problem- solving based strategy while the control group was using the conventional methed, the results showed that there were statistically significant differences on the acquisition of financial concepts, and motivation to learn Inclinations among students in favor of experimental group.
