It presents an overview of the most recent and interesting studies on PBM and PDT by LED light in periodontics, endodontics, orthodontics, implantology, and Oral Medicine. LED light utilization offers several advantages compared to Laser: the possibility to treat large surfaces, low cost, and safety for patients and operators.
