The main objective is to identify the factors that affect the behavioral intention to use the self-checkout technology from a consumer perspective. This study investigated the influencing factors of performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating conditions, hedonic motivation, and habit towards customers' intention to use the self-checkout systems. The data for this study were collected using a questionnaire shared among 200 respondents who are Watson customers were selected by stratified random sampling technique through online. The data were analyzed using IBM- SPSS version 26 to test the hypotheses. The findings indicate that customers intention is significantly and positively influenced by performance expectancy, effort expectancy, facilitating condition, hedonic motivation and habit behaviour. 摘要
本研究采用UTAUT2 模型,重点研究了顾客在 Covid-19 流行期间在屈臣氏使用自助结账技术的意愿。主要目的是从消费者角度出发,确定影响使用自助结账技术行为意向的因素。本研究调查了绩效预期、努力预期、社会影响、便利条件、享乐动机和习惯对顾客使用自助结账系统意愿的影响因素。本研究的数据是通过在线分层随机抽样技术,在 200 名屈臣氏顾客中进行问卷调查收集的。数据使用 IBM SPSS 26 版进行分析,以检验假设。研究结果表明,顾客意向受绩效预期、努力预期、便利条件、享乐动机和习惯行为的显著正向影响。根据研究结果,得出了一些理论和实践意义。
