As for the research problem, through the researcher's acquaintance with the level of physical fitness, it became clear that students need to develop some physical abilities at a better level, as physical fitness is of great importance in raising the level of general and private sports performance. Chapter Two: The researcher used the experimental method in the one-group method, as it is appropriate to the nature of the problem and the research and because it achieves the objectives and assumptions of the research Chapter Three: The results were presented, analyzed and discussed. Chapter Four: In light of the results obtained from this study, the following conclusions were reached: 1. The device auxiliary device (Stepper Building) had an effective role in improving the physical abilities of the subjects of the research sample. 2. The exercises prepared by the researcher led to the development of the physical abilities of the members of the research sample. The researcher recommended the following: 1. The necessity of using the device (Stepper Building) as it has great importance in developing physical and motor capabilities. 2. The necessity of using the exercises prepared by the researcher according to the device (the stepper building) due to its great importance in completing the process of training requirements for the physical and motor capabilities of the individuals of the research sample. 3.
