The case was well managed\nwith Apamarga Kshar Sutra and Ayurvedic medications. The patient recovered very well within 4 weeks. Ayurveda treatment\nmodalities possess promising result in the cases of Bhagandara (stula-in-ano). The use of Kshar Sutra in treating stula-in-ano\nis characterized by its simplicity, low complication rates and cost effectiveness. KSHAR SUTRA MANAGEMENT AS AN UNRIVALED SOLUTION OF FISTULA-INANO: A CASE STUDY
The case study is presented of a 32 year old man that presented with intermittent pus discharge from a
