Data collection techniques use observation techniques, questionnaires, and literature studies. The data analysis with multiple linear regression. 摘要
本研究旨在分析领导力和薪酬对 PT Mutu Prima Utama 公司员工绩效的影响程度。本研究采用定量方法进行解释性研究。研究样本为 43 名受访者，采用饱和样本法。数据收集技术采用观察技术、问卷调查和文献研究。数据分析采用多元线性回归法。结果表明，领导力和薪酬被证明对 PT Mutu Prima Utama 公司员工的绩效产生了部分或共同的积极而显著的影响，其中，领导力的影响贡献率高达 54.1%。
