This study uses a quantitative approach using survey methods. The data collection technique in this study was cluster sampling with a total of 112 lecturers at state Islamic universities in Indonesia. Methods of data analysis using simple regression with SPSS Statistics 20 for windows. 摘要
本研究旨在探讨国立伊斯兰宗教大学讲师的工作投入对员工福利的贡献。本研究采用定量调查方法。本研究的数据收集技术采用聚类抽样法,共有 112 名印度尼西亚国立伊斯兰大学的讲师参与其中。数据分析方法使用 SPSS Statistics 20 for windows 进行简单回归。根据假设检验的结果,R 平方值为 0.260,P = 0.000(P < 0.05),因此可以得出结论:工作投入对国立伊斯兰大学讲师的员工幸福感的贡献率为 26.0%。
