Fracture fixation surgery is one of the procedures in handling fractures. However, there are still many short-term and long-term complications that can be experienced by patients, one of which is a decrease in range of motion which results in a decrease in muscle strength. Range Of Motion (ROM) is one of the therapies that can be done to improve and maintain the perfection of the ability to move joints completely and to increase muscle time and tone. Objective: To increase muscle strength in postoperative limb fracture patients can apply Range of Motion therapy. Methods: The method used in this study uses case studies with pre and post intervention. Range of Motion therapy is carried out 2 times a day in 3 consecutive days starting from the second day postoperatively. The patient was given ROM therapy on the second day postoperatively passively. On the third and fourth postoperative days, patients are asked to do ROM actively as taught on the first day. Results: Results showed that there was an increase in muscle strength in patients postoperative limb fractures after Range of Motion therapy.
