For this purpose, this study conducted a survey using purposive sampling, targeting 111 firefighting officers in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do. The survey results show that mental health (β = -.475, p < .001) and trust (β = .254, p < .01) and network(β = .248, p < .05) out of the sub-variables of social capital of firefighters have a significant influence on the quality of life. Effects of the Mental Health and Social Capital of Firefighters on Quality of Life
