The type of research is quantitative with a descriptive survey form. Research design with a causal pattern. The population in this study was 510 Health Cadres in the Rembang I Community Health Center Working Area using a purposive sampling technique. The sample size was 200 respondents. Data collection methods and using questionnaires. The data analysis used is descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results and implications of this research theoretically are that training and incentives have a significant positive effect on motivation. Training, incentives and motivation have a significant positive effect on cadre performance. Motivation can significantly act as an intervening link between training and the performance of health cadres. 摘要
本研究旨在通过工作动机这一干预变量,确定在伦邦县伦邦一社区卫生中心工作区开展培训和提供激励措施对卫生干部绩效的影响。研究类型为定量研究,采用描述性调查形式。研究设计采用因果模式。本研究采用目的性抽样技术,研究对象是伦邦 I 社区卫生中心工作区的 510 名卫生干部。样本量为 200 名受访者。数据收集方法和问卷调查。数据分析采用描述性分析,定量分析采用结构方程模型(SEM)。从理论上讲,本研究的结果和意义是:培训和激励对动机有显著的积极影响。培训、激励和动机对干部绩效有显著的积极影响。激励可以在培训和卫生干部绩效之间发挥重要的干预作用。在提供激励和卫生干部的绩效之间,激励无法起到明显的干预作用。
