Fifty volunteer students participated in the study, with an average age of 19.24±0.89 years, an average height of 164.66±5.94 cm, an average body weight of 60.94±4.44 kg, an average body fat percentage of 22.93±1.82%, and an average BMI of 25.92±2.68 kg/m2. The statistical analyses were performed using SPSS 23 (SPSS Inc., Chicago, IL, USA) software package. The variance homogeneity of the data was tested using Levene's Test, and the normal distribution analyses were conducted using the Shapiro-Wilk Test. Pearson Correlation Analysis was used for all parameter correlations. The significance level was set at p < 0.05. According to the findings of this study, which examined the relationship between the 30-second Burpee test and certain physiological parameters, the following results were obtained: a positive and statistically significant relationship was found between body mass and Burpee, height (cm) and standing long jump, body fat percentage (%) and sit-up test, as well as the number of exercise repetitions (p < 0.05). However, no statistically significant relationship was found between body composition and Flamingo balance, Assisted pull-up, and 10x5m tests (p > 0.05). In conclusion, the 30-second Burpee test can be beneficial for assessing strength endurance among physiological parameters, especially regarding body mass.
