These parameters were chosen to investigate the impact of substituents and specific locations on several thermodynamic characteristics of binary mixtures. The deviation in adiabatic compressibility (∆βad), excess molar volume (VE) and excess intermolecular free length (LfE) were estimated using the experimental measurements. These extraneous parameters are fitted to a polynomial equation of the Redlich-Kister type.
