摘要

由于颈椎的解剖结构，颈椎经椎间硬膜外类固醇注射（TESI）存在技术难度和并发症风险。一名 52 岁的女性患者因神经性疼痛向右臂放射而到我院门诊就诊。由于患者对保守治疗无效，我们计划对其进行右 C7 TESI。术后立即发现右侧弛缓性麻痹，24 小时后患者完全恢复了之前的肌力。总之，应谨慎选择颈椎 TESI 患者，并牢记可能会出现一过性脊髓缺血。
