Metode penelitiannya adalah kuantitatif yang bersifat kausal atau sebab akibat dengan teknik analisis jalur. Populasinya adalah seluruh karyawan yang berjumlah 73 karyawan dengan sampel sebanyak 73 karyawan dengan menggunakan kuesioner, setelah data terkumpul selanjutnya analisis data menggunakan program SPSS (Statistics product and service solution) versi 20. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa variabel (1) motivasi berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. (2) gaya kepemimpinan mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. (3) semangat kerja mampu memediasi pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai. (4) semangat kerja tidak mampu memediasi pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai. (5) semangat kerja berpengaruh signifikan dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. \nKata Kunci: Motivasi, Gaya Kepemimpinan, Semangat Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan \n Abstract \nResearch This study aims to determine whether there is a significant effect of motivation and leadership style on the work enthusiasm and performance of PLN (Persero) ULP Belopa employees. The research method is quantitative which is causal or causal with path analysis techniques. The population is all employees totaling 73 employees with a sample of 73 employees using a questionnaire, after the data is collected, then analyze the data using the SPSS (Statistics product and service solution) version 20 program. The results of this study indicate that the test results show that the variable (1) motivation has a significant effect on employee performance. (2) leadership style has a significant and significant effect on employee performance. (3) work enthusiasm is able to mediate the effect of motivation on employee performance. (4) morale is not able to mediate the effect of leadership style on employee performance. PENGARUH MOTIVASI DAN GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN TERHADAP LEBIH BANYAK KERJA DAN KINERJA KARYAWAN PT. PLN (PERSERO) ULP BELOPA
Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan motivasi dan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap semangat kerja dan kinerja pegawai PLN (Persero) ULP Belopa. Metode penelitiannya adalah kuantitatif yang bersifat kausal atau sebab akibat dengan teknik analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa variabel (1) motivasi berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. (2) gaya kepemimpinan mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. (3) semangat kerja mampu memediasi pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai. (4) semangat kerja tidak mampu memediasi pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai. (5) semangat kerja berpengaruh signifikan dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.
