The LUTS were evaluated using the self-administered international prostate symptom score questionnaire and uroflowmetry. We successfully excised Bruun's cyst located in the bladder neck using a cystoscopic approach, allowing us to visualize the internal structure of the cyst.</p></div><div><h3>Results</h3><p>Following the surgical removal of the Bruun's cyst, there was a significant decrease in the International Prostate Symptom Score, dropping from an initial value of 11 to a subsequent score of 5.
