METHOD OF SUBSTANDARD PESTICIDES UTILIZATION

The article is devoted to topical issues of utilization of unusable pesticides buried and stored in toxic waste landfills on the territory of the Russian Federation.Aim and objectives are analysis of sub-standard pesticides handling in the Russian Federation and development of a method of their utilization to obtain components for chemical production.The materials for the study were unusable pesticides.The sources of information were official documents containing analytical information on the quality of the natural environment (Annual State Reports on the State of the Natural Envi-ronment in the Subjects of the Russian Federation) and generalized results of thesurvey of Russian soils for the content of pesticide residues in them (Yearbooks «State of Pesticide Contamination of Natural Environmental Objects of the Russian Federation»).The paper analyzes the amount of unusable pesticides currently stored in the Russian Federation on the basis of official data.The qualitative composition of pesticides requiring utilization and stored in warehouses and landfills of the Russian Federation is considered.The principal scheme of utilization of unusable pesticides with obtaining components for chemical production, which can be used as secondary raw materials, is proposed.
