The purpose is to create engaging learning experiences by leveraging theories of learning, emotion, and motivation. Methodology includes selecting popular entertainment games and incorporating educational objectives to enhance both learning and gameplay. This design has been applied into teaching Soft Skills according to the game based learning approach. This application was evaluated to find the effectiveness of this proposal and the way to improve the scenario of the “The Energy Bus Journey”. Results indicate this approach increases student engagement and learning efficacy.
