By referring to a variety of established studies and theories, emphasis is placed on the importance of investment in training and development, the creation of a positive organizational culture, the use of technology in learning, succession strategies and career development, as well as ongoing feedback and evaluation to drive organizational performance. The method of research carried out in this research is the study of literature by looking for literature according to the context in the research.
