This paper explores the concept of high-quality development of teacher quality, its significance, and its characteristics. Examining the requirements for achieving high-quality development, including external factors such as education system support and social environment, as well as internal factors such as teachers' cognitive thinking, professional level, and teaching ability. The study analyzes the influencing factors and recommends strategies for promoting high-quality development, such as government support and policies, environmental management and support, and teacher training and professional development.
