Nevus lipomatosus cutaneous superficialis (NLCS) is a rare hamartomatous condition characterized by ectopic mature adipose tissue. We are reporting a case of a 12-year-old female with soft, non-tender, pedunculated nodules with a cerebriform surface over her right lower back.
