Thus, this review article establishes an analytical look at the implementation of gamification as a technique that strengthens soft skills such as communication and creativity in university students; For this, a total of 20 articles are used that define the categories of analysis and also constitute an investigative vision on the effective strategies that allow the individual to apply competencies in academic spaces of the university and in professional practices.
