This kind of method can judge the loosening caused by nut rotation but cannot deal with the non-rotary loosening. At the same time, the relationship between nut rotation angle and loosening must be obtained through calibration experiments. This paper proposes a vision-based method to measure the change of bolt tension considering the non-rotary loosening by detecting the change of bolt elongation. Based on VDI2230 and finite element analysis, a new calculation method of bolt flexibility coefficient is proposed.
