摘要

目的:本研究探讨了变革型领导对越南中小企业销售人员工作绩效的影响。研究还探讨了自我效能感和创造力的中介作用,为有关有效领导策略及其对销售人员绩效影响的文献做出了贡献。理论框架:本研究以变革型领导理论为基础,提出变革型领导会对自我效能感和创造力产生积极影响,从而提高销售人员的工作绩效。设计/方法/途径:通过向越南中小企业销售人员发放调查问卷收集数据。采用结构方程模型(SEM)对所收集的数据进行分析,以检验所提出的关系。研究结果研究揭示了变革型领导对销售人员工作绩效的影响,并强调了自我效能感和创造力的中介作用。研究意义:本研究为越南中小企业的领导力和组织行为文献做出了贡献,为提高销售人员的工作效率提供了实用的见解。实践与社会意义:本研究强调了变革型领导在提高销售人员自我效能和创造力方面的重要性。它为制定有针对性的干预措施和培训计划提供了信息,从而提高了销售业绩和组织的整体成功。此外,研究结果还可广泛应用于不同文化和商业背景下的有效领导策略。

EXPLORING THE INFLUENCE OF TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP ON SALESPERSON JOB PERFORMANCE: THE MEDIATING ROLES OF SELF-EFFICACY AND CREATIVITY IN VIETNAMESE SMES
