In this paper, a qualitative research method is applied, to get the transport experts’ opinions and information on how the multimodal system should be designed. Although they are aware that the collaboration should result in an increase in the volume of passengers, the most challenging task is to convince transport operators to share the data with each other, due to legal issues. To determine the passengers’ perspective on making multimodal choices in their journeys, the travel demand model is developed, based on online survey data.
