The population of this study were employees of the Banyuwangi Regency Public Service Mall. Methods of data collection is done by means of observation, interviews / interviews and questionnaires. This study uses four variables. The data analysis technique used is Partial Least Square (PLS) using the WarpPLS 5.0 application. The level of significance used in this study is 5%. Testing the hypothesis on the path coefficient between variables by comparing the p-value with alpha (0.05). The results of the study prove that compensation and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on work motivation, compensation and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. 摘要
本研究的目的是通过工作激励来确定薪酬和工作纪律与员工绩效之间的关系。研究对象为班佑万吉地区公共服务商场的员工。数据收集方法通过观察、访谈/面谈和问卷调查等方式进行。本研究使用了四个变量。采用的数据分析技术是使用 WarpPLS 5.0 应用程序的偏最小二乘法(PLS)。本研究采用的显著性水平为 5%。通过比较 p 值与α值(0.05)来检验变量间路径系数的假设。研究结果证明,报酬和工作纪律对工作动机有积极而显著的影响,报酬和工作纪律对员工绩效有积极而显著的影响,工作动机对员工绩效有积极而显著的影响。本研究的意义在于为发展与公共服务相关的公共服务理论做出贡献,以便日后能够为整个科学界,特别是为公共服务领域的人力资源管理科学提供有用的观点。
