Electromagnetic field was measured, practically and results compared with simulation-based ones. 摘要

本文介绍了如何通过分析局部辐射磁场来改进印刷电路板(PCB)或母线结构的几何形状、选择更好的控制方法和设计电磁干扰(EMI)滤波器的实用方法。创建了三相异步电机变频驱动器的实验原型,并由微控制器以正弦即脉冲调制(PWM)方法进行控制。建立了直流母线结构的三维有限元模型模拟,并获得了结果。对电磁场进行了实际测量,并将结果与模拟结果进行了比较。仿真结果与实验结果相吻合,因此可以得出结论:该方法是测试不同直流母线几何结构、不同调制方法、变频驱动器 EMI 滤波器和其他电力电子转换器的经济有效方法。
