This research method uses quantitative methods with associative research types. The sampling technique in this research used simple purposive sampling. The population in this study was 25,625 patients at Bhayangkara TK II Mas Kadiran Hospital, Medan and using the Slovin formula technique with a significance level of 0.05, the total sample in this study was 394 respondents taken from part of the population. The data analysis used in this research is structural equation modeling-partial least squares (SEM-PLS) using SmartPLS software. 摘要
本研究旨在找出影响棉兰市Bhayangkara TK II Mas Kadiran医院患者再购买意愿的因素。本研究方法采用定量方法和关联研究类型。本研究的抽样技术采用简单的目的性抽样。研究对象为棉兰 Bhayangkara TK II Mas Kadiran 医院的 25,625 名患者,使用斯洛文公式技术,显著性水平为 0.05,本研究的总样本为从部分人群中抽取的 394 名受访者。本研究使用 SmartPLS 软件进行结构方程模型-部分最小二乘法(SEM-PLS)数据分析。根据假设检验的结果,品牌联想、品牌忠诚度、客户体验和感知质量等变量对棉兰市 Bhayangkara TK II Mas Kadiran 医院的客户满意度对再购买意愿有积极而显著的影响。
