The sample taken using a saturated sampling technique consisted of 35 respondents from the total team management of 11 departments in the company PT. ETA. Data analysis used in research uses Path Analysis. The results of data analysis show that leadership style has a significant effect on performance, while organizational culture has no effect on performance. Meanwhile, leadership style and organizational culture influence work motivation.
