Revelation of Noble Power. This research is classified as explanatory research, which is testing based on theoretical and empirical studies. This research method will explain the relationship between variables by conducting a hypothesis test. It can be concluded that the workload (X1) has a positive and significant influence on performance (Y), indicating that the more appropriate and adequate the workload, the performance will increase. Nevertheless, employee perception shows that overall workload indicators are only sufficient, even if working conditions are perceived as good. 摘要
本研究的目的是测试和分析工作量对 PT.Revelation of Noble Power)木材加工部门员工绩效的影响。本研究属于解释性研究,即在理论和经验研究的基础上进行测试。这种研究方法将通过进行假设检验来解释变量之间的关系。可以得出的结论是,工作量(X1)对绩效(Y)有积极而显著的影响,表明工作量越适当、越充分,绩效就会越高。然而,员工的看法表明,即使工作条件被认为是良好的,总体工作量指标也只是足够的。此外,报酬(X2)对绩效(Y)也有显著的正向影响,表明报酬越公平合理,绩效就会越高。
