The trigonal planar [C(NH<jats:sub>2</jats:sub>)<jats:sub>3</jats:sub>]<jats:sup>+</jats:sup> cations and the octahedral [GeF<jats:sub>6</jats:sub>]<jats:sup>2−</jats:sup> anions are condensed to double layers through strong H⋯F hydrogen bonds (208–213 pm H⋯F).
