The method of implementing the provisions of EU law into Polish law is to be based on the establishment of a single set of regulations, as provided for in the draft Act amending the Energy Law and certain other Acts of 26 January 2023 (draft No. UC74 developed by the Ministry of Climate and Environment). It is to include regulations relating to both types of communities (CECs and RECs), but to use only one name – CECs.
