Self regulation is a person's ability to achieve certain goals, this ability monitors one's own behavior to achieve certain goals or targets including physical, cognitive, emotional and social. The method in this research is quantitative with a correlational research type. The population in this study were final year students at Padang State University. Sampling was carried out using proportional stratified random sampling with a total sample of 331 people. The data analysis technique used is Spearman correlation. Based on the data results obtained, the value r=066 with p=233. 摘要

所谓未来就业能力,是指一个人在毕业或结业后对自己的技能、经验、人脉、个人特点、对职场的了解以及院校的声誉等方面的评估,是经过培训并准备好进入职场的能力。自我调节是一个人实现某些目标的能力,这种能力是为了实现包括身体、认知、情感和社交在内的某些目标或指标而对自己的行为进行监控。本研究采用定量相关研究方法。研究对象为巴东国立大学的应届毕业生。抽样采用比例分层随机抽样法,样本总数为 331 人。采用的数据分析技术是斯皮尔曼相关法。根据获得的数据结果,r=066,p=233。由此可见,自我调节与巴东州立大学应届生感知的未来就业能力之间存在显著的正相关关系。
