This research is a quantitative study which was attended by 21 class VIII students in one of the schools in Sukabumi Regency. The instruments used are two tier test equipped with CRI (Certainty of Index), student responses to the differentiation-based learning model Multiple Intelligences . The results of the interviews showed that students had misconceptions about the respiratory system material which consisted of organ structures and their functions, mechanisms and respiratory diseases in humans 36.90%, while when grouped into 3 groups showed students got misconceptions in kinesthetic children 37,50%, children linguistics 37,50% and visual children 35,42%.
