The research design is a quantitative pre-experimental design with a one-group pretest-posttest design involving three students selected through purposive sampling criteria of high anxiety and Islamic faith. The research instrument uses an anxiety scale adapted from Holmes's theory (1991) with 33 items and reliability (.874).
