摘要

高等教育在我国人才培养中发挥着重要作用,这就要求高校不断探索教育教学效果。高效教学将以往 "以教师为中心 "的教学模式转变为 "以学生为中心"。 教师通过课前、课中、课后的教学安排,以个体学习和小组学习的方式,帮助学生成为自主学习者。本文从学习目标、学习保障和学习评价三个方面探讨了管理学背景下的高效教学模式,是新形势下高校管理学课程教学改革的有益探索。
