学校心理咨询能力框架是培养在小学从事学校心理咨询工作的教师的工具,这一点非常必要,尤其是越南的学校目前还没有正式的职称。本文提出了小学教师学校心理辅导能力框架,包括 5 个要素,分别评定为 1、2、3 级,其中包括: 1:1/ 教师对小学生心理辅导活动的认知能力。2/ 了解小学生生理特点和学生在学校生活中的困难的能力。3/ 制定小学生学校心理辅导计划的能力。4/ 具有设计、选择、实施小学生学校心理辅导课题的能力。5/ 协调家庭和社区参与小学生学校心理辅导的能力。该能力框架可用于提高小学从事学校心理辅导工作的教师的素质
