This type of research used is quantitative research. The data used is primary data with data collection techniques, namely questionnaires and literature study. The data processing method in this study uses instrument data tests, namely: validity and reliability tests, classic assumption tests, namely: normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear analysis, hypotheses namely: t test and F test, and coefficient of determination, with the help of the SPSS 25 analysis tool. The results showed that the variables Price, Service Quality, Location, and Promotion partially had no significant effect on visitor satisfaction with the scenery of the Wringin procession in Bondowoso Regency. 摘要
本研究旨在分析价格、服务质量、地点、宣传和设施对邦德沃索地区 Wringin 游行自然景点游客满意度的影响。本研究采用的是定量研究。使用的数据是原始数据,采用的数据收集技术是问卷调查和文献研究。在 SPSS 25 分析工具的帮助下,本研究的数据处理方法使用了工具数据测试,即有效性和可靠性测试、经典假设检验,即正态性检验、多重共线性检验和异方差检验、多重线性分析、假设检验,即 t 检验和 F 检验以及决定系数。结果表明,价格、服务质量、位置和促销等变量对游客对邦德沃索地区乌灵素游行的满意度没有显著影响。而设施变量对游客对邦度沃索岛乌灵巡游自然景观的满意度有显著影响,同时对游客对邦度沃索岛乌灵巡游自然景观的满意度也有显著影响。
