Dukhovnitskoye, Saratov Region) in 2022. An assessment of changes is given morphophysiological characteristics of fish and commercial qualities, mainly the degree of coloration of muscle fibers, with the help of which the efficiency of using the experimental feed with the content of the feed additive «AstaPet 10%» was determined.
