The method used is descriptive method in the form of spoken or written words from the observed people or actors, with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used are interview techniques, observation and documentation. The subjects in this study consisted of school principals and teachers. The results of this study suggest that the principal's strategy in improving the quality of human resources has been well implemented. Because the principal cannot be separated from providing motivation and coaching to teachers. This can be seen in terms of teacher performance and tasks carried out from time to time. 摘要
本研究的主题是 "布斯塔努尔-乌卢姆-帕库萨里伊斯兰职业学校校长在科维德19大流行病后提高人力资源质量的策略",研究目标是:1)了解国际商业大学职业学校校长在科维德19大流行病期间的策略;2)了解国际商业大学职业学校校长在科维德19大流行病期间提高人力资源管理质量的策略;3)了解国际商业大学职业学校校长在科维德19大流行病期间提高人力资源管理质量的策略。2)找出国际商业大学职业学校校长在大流行病期间改善人力资源管理的策略。3)找出 IBU SMK 职业学校校长在大流行病期间改善人力资源的抑制因素和支持因素。采用的方法是描述性方法,即通过被观察者或行动者的口头或书面文字,以定性方法进行描述。数据收集技术包括访谈技术、观察和记录。研究对象包括校长和教师。研究结果表明,校长提高人力资源质量的战略得到了很好的实施。因为校长离不开对教师的激励和指导。这一点可以从教师的工作表现和任务完成情况中时时体现出来。布斯塔努尔乌卢姆伊斯兰职业学校提高人力资源质量的抑制因素和支持因素是基础设施比以前更好了,而校长在提高后科维德时代人力资源质量方面的抑制因素(弱点和挑战)是由家长委员会管理的学生,因为布斯塔努尔乌卢姆伊斯兰职业学校的大多数学生都是桑特里人,他们不允许使用手机或将手机带入家长委员会,因为家长委员会的规定是这样的。
