The results of this study indicate that the implementation of E-Procurement at LPSE Boyolali Regency is able to improve the governance of procurement of goods and services that were previously carried out conventionally. The implementation of E-Procurement through the application of E-Tendering and E-Purchasing applies the principles of openness (transparency), accountability, responsibility and independence. So that the procurement of goods and services can be accounted for administratively, technically and financially.
