The population in this study was a teacher at SMA Negeri 12 Pekanbaru. The sample used in this study was 40 people using the technique of determining the number of samples in this study using the Roscoe theory formula. Roscoe's theory says that if the study will conduct an analysis with multivariate (collation or double regression), then the number of sample members is at least 10 times the number of variables studied (Sugiyono, 2010: 130). So, because this study consists of 4 variables, then the number of samples is 4 x 10 = 40 Respondents. 摘要
本研究的目的是测试和分析培训、激励和工作环境对北干巴鲁第十二中学（SMA Negeri 12 Pekanbaru）教师绩效的影响。研究对象是北干巴鲁州立第十二中学的教师。本研究采用罗斯科理论公式确定样本数量的技术，使用的样本为 40 人。罗斯科理论认为，如果研究要进行多元（整理或双重回归）分析，那么样本成员的数量至少是研究变量数量的 10 倍（Sugiyono，2010: 130）。因此，由于本研究包含 4 个变量，那么样本数就是 4 x 10 = 40 个受访者。研究结果表明，培训、激励和工作环境对北干巴鲁第十二中学（SMA Negeri 12 Pekanbaru）教师的绩效有显著的积极影响。
