This research is quantitative research with descriptive analysis. The total population and sample are 73 people who are all employees of PT Karya Utama Normalisasi. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires, and after the data was collected the data was analyzed using the program. 本研究旨在分析工作环境、薪酬、工作压力对 PT Karya Utama Normalisasi 公司员工工作效率的影响。本研究为描述性分析的定量研究。研究对象和样本共计 73 人,均为 PT Karya Utama Normalisasi 公司的员工。通过发放问卷收集数据,收集数据后使用程序对数据进行分析。结果表明,工作环境和报酬对工作效率有显著的正向影响,而工作压力对工作效率有非显著的负向影响,因此可以得出结论:工作环境越好,给 PT Karya Utama Normalisasi 公司员工的报酬越高,工作效率就越高,而工作压力对 PT Karya Utama Normalisasi 公司员工的工作效率没有显著影响。
