The main aim is to identify if and how frequent use of Facebook during working hours influences employee performance and behavior. By analyzing data collected through questionnaires and interviews, the research aims to determine correlations between the time spent on Facebook and thelevel of employee engagement in work tasks, as well as the occurrence of possible counterproductive behaviors such as procrastination or neglect of responsibilities. The results could provide important insights for managers and human resource specialists in order to develop effective strategies formanaging time and human resources in the work environment, taking into account the impact of social networks.
