This study uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all functional employees of AirNav Indonesia Manado Branch Office. The data collection technique is by distributing questionnaires, while secondary data is collected through literature study after reading various literature. The data analysis technique uses the Partial Least Square Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM) method with the help of SmartPLS software version 4. The findings of this study reveal that Training and Career Development has a positive and significant effect on motivation. Training and Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, whereas Career Development has no effect on Employee Performance. 摘要

本研究旨在确定和分析印尼航空万鸦老分公司的培训和职业发展对员工积极性和绩效的影响。本研究采用定量方法。研究对象为印尼航空万鸦老分公司的所有职能员工。数据收集技术是通过发放调查问卷,而二手数据则是在阅读各种文献后通过文献研究收集的。数据分析技术采用部分最小平方结构方程模型(PLS-SEM)方法,并借助 SmartPLS 软件版本 4 进行分析。研究结果表明,培训和职业发展对激励有积极而显著的影响。培训和激励对员工绩效有积极而显著的影响,而职业发展对员工绩效没有影响。同时,激励可以调节培训和职业发展对员工绩效的影响。
